At Naturelie Skincare, your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are handcrafted and made in small batches, we want to ensure your experience is smooth and transparent. Please review our return policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of skincare products and for sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used.
Unopened, unused items may be eligible for return within We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To request a return, please email us with:
- Your order number
- The product you’d like to return
- A brief explanation of the issue
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send a photo of the issue (and the packaging if damaged) and we’ll replace the item at no cost to you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
